Founded in 2026, Salentinos was created with a simple philosophy: authentic food, local ingredients, and everything prepared in house daily. Our roots are in traditional cooking, where flavour comes from patience, quality produce, and respect for time-honoured techniques rather than shortcuts.

We take inspiration from classic Italian kitchens, but our focus is firmly local. We work closely with trusted suppliers to source the best seasonal ingredients, allowing the food to speak for itself. Every sauce, dough, and preparation is made in-house, because we believe authenticity can’t be replicated—it has to be built, step by step.

Salentinos is about more than just eating well. It’s about creating a place where food feels honest, familiar, and generous, whether you’re joining us for a quick lunch or a long evening at the table. Simple ideas, executed properly, and served with pride.
