At Salentinos, our approach is straightforward: start with the best local ingredients, respect them, and let the food do the talking

We cook from scratch because there’s no substitute for proper technique, time, and care. If something doesn’t add flavour or purpose, it doesn’t belong on the plate.

Our menu is built around authenticity, not trends. That means simple combinations, well executed, and consistency in every dish that leaves the kitchen. The goal is food that feels honest and memorable—rooted in tradition, shaped by quality produce, and cooked with intent every single day.

Frequently Asked Questions

You will be required to associate your debit or credit card with your booking. No funds will be charged at any point, unless you fail to show up to your reservation or cancel on the day. No-show charges are at our manager’s discretion.

We offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Please let your server know about any allergies or dietary needs when ordering.
